Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Our Services

WIRE IT provides IT development services, IT consulting and custom digital solutions for businesses.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• 40% upon contract signing
• 40% upon beta delivery
• 20% upon final delivery

Intellectual Property

Creations made by WIRE IT become the client's property after full payment. Source code, designs and documents remain WIRE IT's property until full settlement.

Confidentiality

WIRE IT is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of all information received in the course of its engagements.

Limitation of Liability

WIRE IT cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its services.

Termination

Any contract may be terminated with 30 days' notice, subject to payment for work completed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
